Al Gore

Al Gore had a presantation about the "invisible" problems in our environment. He talked about floodings, hurricanes, tsunamies and the heating of the world. How we would loose our forest and our earth the way we know it. Everything would change. He Talked about Apollo 17 and the first fully lit earthpicture that this spacecraft took, with the sun behind the spacecraft. This was taken december 1972. The earth pictures has developet alot since then. We now have a clowdfree, fully lit, spinning earth picture. He also said that one of his old classmates asked the teacher if South America and Africa ever was connected, and the teacher had answered "of course not". We now know that it used to fit togheter. (or at least we "Know" it used to:p)

What gets us into trouble is not what we do'nt know it's what we know for sure,
THAT JUST AIN'T SO!

Al Gore cares alot about our green forest, environment, glaciers, pollution and how it affects our whole earth, and how we can all can help to provide it from happening. We just have to get going!

We got a thickend athmosphere (which we made) and it traps the infrared radiation more than we need. Al Gore said that this would get us into a new ice age by stopping the golf streem, the golf streem i what keeps our water sirculing, and keeps the water cold, but if we loose our glaciers in greenland we would get too much fresh water around the golfstreem and it would stop. It leeds to global heating, and traps the infraread radiation. No one can really understand what high inpact this will have on us. We would also increese the sea level by 20feet, this water will flood over billions of people homes and land. We should have an amnesty group to help us get this into peoples brains.

World wide we will loose our glaciers an theese are over 40% of our drinking water.

The heating of the water makes the air so humid that causes horrible things like the hurricane Katarina who got the size that she did because she passed the golf streem August 29. 2005. (Honduras october 1985)

I hope People will get the message Al Gore is sending, and takes it seriously. Or else we may not get or may not need children, granchildren, a Human nation. We wont need another world war. maybe we deserve an Ice Age! because we ca'nt see passed the terrorism and consentrate on an even bigger problem. Maybe an Ice age is the only way we can understand!
